Alan Bell MA FCA CTA - Director

Alan graduated in Modern Languages and Law at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, he then qualified with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. He was a partner in Jeffreys Henry, Chartered Accountants, until 2003, where he is now a consultant. He specialises in international tax and accounting and commenced Adbell International Limited in December 2003, acquiring Jeffreys Henry's international tax and accounting practice, a business he had built up over several years. He is conversant in varying degrees in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Russian.

Victoria Condratova ACCA CTA - Director

Victoria graduated as an economist from the Academy of Economic Studies in Moldova in 2001.She then qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005 and Chartered Tax Advisor in 2009. She has worked in both industry and practice before joining Jeffreys Henry in July 2002 and now works for Adbell International. She is fluent in English and Russian and a good understanding of Romanian.

Alec Harvey BA Hons ACA - Company Secretary

Alec graduated in Finance and Accounts in 1981, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984. He has been with Jeffreys Henry since 1981 and became an audit partner in that firm in 1998 specialising in providing technical expertise to a range of clients including Adbell International in respect of audit, accounting and other regulatory issues. He is fluent in English

Laukesh Balgobin ACCA - Accounting services department

Laukesh qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005. He worked in practice and offshore in Mauritius for 4 years before joining Adbell International in October 2005. He is fluent in English and French.

Khilesh Mungur BSc Hons ACCA - Accounting services department

Khilesh graduated as an economist from the University of Mauritius in 1998.He worked in education and industry before qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006. He joined Adbell International the same year. He is fluent in English and French.

Cristina Cribiu’ - Company secretarial department

Cristina gained her Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from the Universita’ degli Studi dell’ Insubria in Italy in 2006 and has since worked as an assistant lecturer in International Economics.

She joined Adbell International in January 2008 and is currently undertaking a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice. She is fluent in English and Italian.

Vania Casini - Company secretarial department

Vania gained a Diploma in Accountancy in Italy in 1998 and is currently undertaking a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice. She joined Adbell International in 2008. She is fluent in English, Italian and has a good understanding of Spanish.
